Beautiful Buzzz Mixtape Vol. 3 – Kauf

This BUZZMIX mixtape series is getting out of hand. First was Touch Sensitive, then SOTRW and the third installment dropped this morning from one of my favorite SXSW discoveries, Kauf. Fresh off an Aussie tour in support of Cut Copy, LA based Kauf is one of the brightest producers in the game right now (i mean, have you heard Relocate?). And it’s Friday, yo! So pick up an extra bottle of red on the way home, text your special friend and press play…that’s all its gonna take!

Breton – Envy

Breton, some wonderful lads from London, have been teasing us with tracks off their forthcoming album, War Room Stories. This album isn’t due out until February 3rd, but I’ve been pretty impressed with what I’ve heard so far. Got Well Soon is a great track, but Envy has to be my favorite so far. It’s got some real guts in there with what sounds like steel drums (a particular favorite of mine), a horn and a violin. Listen to this and see how Breton manages to weave all this into a coherent, toe tapping and dance-y as hell track!
