I can’t even deal with this right now. Chrome Sparks is the moniker of producer, Jeremy Melvin who we’ve been huge fans ever since we got a tip from Josh Ocean of Ghost Beach that we needed to check him out. Here we are almost two years later and he just melted my face off with this absolutely epic ballad. It calls to mind some of my favorite Daft Punk stylings. It’s a bit of a departure from some of his earlier work, and I love this new direction. The new album comes out April 28th.

With a background in classical percussion, Jeremy combines his love for synthesizers, beat music, and dance music into a unique blend. He’s got a style all his own and it’s dope. I can honestly say I haven’t heard anything quite like what I’m hearing from him. And that is very refreshing. His various influences are readily apparent in this track. It may take a couple of listens, but once you get it, you’ll get it. Trust.
