Unique, solemn, beautiful and progressive all at once. Japanese Wallpaper is 17 year old Gab Strum from Melbourne who made his mark last year with Breathe (see below) and came back this week to turn heads once again.  I feel like this whole dreamwave/chillrave movement is being invented by teenagers (Beat Culture, XXYYXX, etc) and I couldn’t be more excited for it.  Keep it up guys!  The world needs this.

Now, they’re well on their way. Right where they should be. It seems like they’re starting to get the attention they deserve. This track continues to push the needle in the right direction. Its dark, synthed out melodies will suck you in. Take a long listen.
