Active Child – Subtle (Feat. Mikky Ekko)

Pat Grossi, a.k.a Active Child, is set to release new EP Rapor on October 22nd and after putting out the instrumental track, “She Cut Me,” Grossi has returned with “Subtle.” The song is certainly anything but subtle with soaring 80’s style synths, heavy percussion, and powerful vocals. The song continually builds, contrasting Grossi’s and Ekko’s vocals, until the 3 minute mark where all the layers of sound converge into one. The end product is surprisingly cinematic and powerful.
