Marz Leon – LONER

In her debut single (produced and co-written by Mike Dez), LA based Marz Leon takes the sultry female lead movement (recently carved out by the likes of Lorde, Broods, St. Vincent, London Grammar etc) to a new level. The track reflects her life-long, reclusive approach to expressive music making; a theme i’m told to expect throughout the forthcoming 7-track EP due later this summer. “My EP is all based on real life emotions and situations that I have been through over the years,” Marz says. “I want people to connect to the rawness of how life really is instead of what people fabricate it to be.”
