Rainmode – Buckle Up

The Swedes and Norwegians are just straight dominating the game right now. This came through the wire and I was hooked from jumpstreet. Rainmode is a new swedish duo with singer/songwriter Henrik Skanfors and DJ Martin “Alec Sonite” Alexandersson. Coming from such different places musically they meet up in a sort of electronica/pop/dance/agony-genre. Also, they’ve recently teamed up with Linus “Style of Eye” Eklow (Icona Pop’s “I love it”), working with him as composers and producers. I’m really looking forward to hearing more from these guys. This is a VERY strong first effort.
